Visualization and modeling
It produces a better imagination how the plant shall be embedded into the landscape or in the existing object and further serves for preliminary negotiation with public bodies in order to find out remarks or limited conditions.

Specification of requests for permitting
Based on our experience there is elaborated a scope and a structure of the documentation including proceedings from preparation phase until acquire of the respective permits from public bodies which is indispensable for successful permitting in all degrees.
Time schedule
Based on the input conditions of the stakeholder and upon completion of basic information there is elaborated a time schedule respecting all aspects. The time schedule insists on verified times and terms from similar, already performed projects. The stakeholder shall retain the major overview on time estimation of the project whereas a critical path may be identified from the beginning of the project.
